Built to restrain without forgetting the wearer.
The Owned Wrist Cuffs are designed as working restraints: secure enough to function as intended, substantial enough to hold their shape, and comfortable enough to remain wearable during extended use.
The design begins with the body. Width, structure, lining, hardware placement, and connection geometry are all considered together so the cuffs feel like part of the system rather than an afterthought added to it.
Wide enough to distribute pressure
A restraint cuff should not concentrate all of its force into a narrow strip of leather.
The Owned Wrist Cuffs use a wide body-contact profile designed to spread pressure across a larger area of the wrist while maintaining a secure fit.
That width also gives the cuff enough structure to remain substantial during use instead of folding, twisting, or collapsing around the wearer.
Soft where it touches
The wearer-contact side is lined with soft leather so the surface against the body is different from the leather carrying the structure.
Edges are finished and smoothed, and hardware placement is considered with direct body contact in mind.
The result is a cuff that is built to function without treating comfort as optional.
Purposeful connection points
Attachment hardware is positioned to provide secure, practical connection points for restraint, tethering, and integration with compatible Royal Star Leather gear.
The standard cuff set includes a tether so the pair arrives as a usable restraint system rather than two disconnected pieces.
Designed as part of the Owned Riding system
The cuffs can be used independently, but they are also designed to integrate naturally with the larger Owned Riding Gear collection.
Connection points on the Harness, Riding Belt, tethers, and other compatible pieces allow the cuffs to become part of a larger control and positioning system.
Made to Order
Each pair of Owned Wrist Cuffs is built after your order is placed.
Available exterior leather, lining, hardware finish, thread, and other standard options are selected during ordering. Because the cuffs are made for your order rather than pulled from completed inventory, production time applies before shipment.
Use the Sizing & Measuring guide and the measurement requirements shown on this product page when submitting your order.

Important use limitation
The standard Owned Wrist Cuffs are designed for restraint, tethering, positioning, and connection to compatible gear.
Unless the specific product listing explicitly identifies a cuff as suspension-rated, it is not sold or rated for human suspension or full-body-weight loading.
That distinction matters because your separate suspension-rated restraint designs have different construction requirements.
Care
After use, wipe away sweat and moisture and allow the cuffs and tether to dry naturally before storage.
Follow the guidance on the Product Care page for the specific exterior and lining leather used in your set.
Custom requests
If you need unusual dimensions, non-standard hardware placement, structural changes, or another modification outside the listed options, use Custom Work rather than placing a standard configured order.
